Choose the scoop that's right for you, and we'll reveal your mystery items live (during scheduled Live Sales) or carefully curate your order if purchased through our website.

The Honey Charm Bar is our collectible charm bracelet experience!

- Select your Charm Reveal.
- We'll reveal your mystery charms and assemble your bracelet before shipping so it's ready to wear right out of the package.

Our standard Honey Charm Reveal includes:

No—that's part of the magic!
Every reveal is thoughtfully curated, and the exact charms remain a surprise until they're revealed.
If you have preferences (for example, "I love butterflies!" or "I'd rather not receive crosses"), leave us a note at checkout. While we can't guarantee specific charms, we'll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
🍯 Will I receive duplicate charms?
We do our best to avoid duplicate charms within the same reveal whenever possible.
Because our collections continue to grow and rotate, duplicate charms may occasionally happen across multiple orders.
🎁 Will my bracelet arrive assembled?
Yes!
Every Honey Charm Bar bracelet is hand-assembled before shipping so it arrives beautifully completed and ready to wear.
📦 How is my order packaged?
Every Honey & Charm order is carefully wrapped to create a gift-worthy experience.
Your order may include:
- Anti-tarnish jewelry pouch
- Honey Note
- Bee sticker
- Protective packaging
- Thoughtful finishing touches
Our goal is for every package to feel like a gift chosen just for you.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Preorders, seasonal collections, and live sale orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping estimates will be provided at checkout.
📬 Do you offer local pickup?
If local pickup is available, it will appear as a checkout option.
💛 Can I return mystery items?
Because mystery products are revealed specifically for you, mystery scoops and charm reveals are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.
🌿 Will my jewelry tarnish?
Our jewelry is selected for everyday wear and arrives in an anti-tarnish storage pouch to help protect it.
To extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend:
- Remove before swimming or showering.
- Avoid perfumes and lotions directly on jewelry.
- Store in the included anti-tarnish pouch when not in use.
💌 Can I send a Honey & Charm order as a gift?
Absolutely!
Honey & Charm makes the perfect gift.
If you're sending directly to someone special, leave us a note at checkout and we'll gladly omit pricing information from the package.
