Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Items that do not meet personal expectations

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Honey & Charm within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

• A description of the issue

We will gladly review your request and work with you to make it right.

Jewelry & Accessories

For hygiene and quality reasons, earrings and worn accessories cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you need to make a correction or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.
