Each Hive Surprise contains a hidden accessory waiting to be discovered. Your reveal may include a beautifully curated pair of earrings or a beaded bracelet selected from our current collections.

While each surprise is unique, all pieces are chosen with care to match the Honey & Charm aesthetic — sweet, stylish, and made to be cherished.

Surprise Selection

Because our Hive Surprises, Honey Scoops, & Honey Charm Bar is mystery items, specific colors, styles, designs, or individual pieces cannot be guaranteed. Each reveal is part of the fun and excitement of discovering something new!

No Exchanges Based on Preference

Due to the nature of mystery reveals, we do not accept exchanges or returns based on personal preference, including:

• Style preference

• Color preference

• Receiving a piece similar to one previously purchased

• A reveal not being the customer’s personal favorite

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Honey & Charm within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order information. We will be happy to review the issue and assist you.
